To retrieve your online banking login details, you will need the S-pushTAN-App. If your S-pushTAN-App is not working or hasn’t yet been set up, these instructions explain how to request a new registration letter.
Sparkassen-Card (debit card) – card number
If you are setting up the app a repeat time, you will be asked to enter your card number. This is why it is important to have your Sparkassen-Card (debit card) to hand. The card number is on the back of the card.

You can remove your online banking PIN lock at any one of the thousands of participating Sparkassen ATMs in Germany.
Do not confuse: Your online banking PIN with your app passwords:
Forgotten your online banking PIN? You will need this online banking PIN to log into online banking. Do not confuse this online banking PIN with the passwords for the App Sparkasse and the S-pushTAN-App.
Still have your username:
Forgotten your online banking PIN or have been locked out of online banking, but still remember your username? Then you can request or create a new initial PIN straight away. To do so, follow these step-by-step instructions.
Alternatively, you can also change your online banking PIN or request a new one at any one of the thousands of participating Sparkassen ATMs in Germany.
Online banking access blocked:
If you have entered your online banking PIN incorrectly three times, your access will be temporarily blocked for security reasons.
You can remove the lock by entering the correct online banking PIN twice on the online banking portal and entering a valid TAN, i.e. approve the action on the S-pushTAN-App.
If you have forgotten your online banking PIN, you can request a new one by clicking on “Forgotten online banking PIN” or retrieve your login details by clicking on Forgotten login details on the login page.
If you enter an incorrect online banking PIN again at this point, your online banking access will be permanently blocked for security reasons. To remove the lock on your online banking PIN, follow the instructions under “Remove online banking PIN lock”.
